Allen Tiller was the recipient of the "2017, Emerging South Australian Historian of the Year" award as issued by the History Council of South Australia.

Allen Tiller is also the author of "The Haunts of Adelaide: History, Mystery and Paranormal", "Ghosts of the Port Self-Guided Walking Tour", "Allen Tiller - Haunted Buildings in Adelaide Residency Collection",  "The Adelaide Ghosts & Ghouls Walking Tour" and poetry and short story book "Shades of Black".

Allen Tiller is also a Paranormal Investigator based in South Australia. Founder of "Eidolon Paranormal", "S.A. Paranormal" & " The Haunts of Adelaide".

Allen also appears on the television show; "Haunting: Australia". The only Australian made paranormal investigation reality television series to screen in the USA on Syfy, in Canada on Travel & Escape, in the UK on REALLY and on free to air television in Australia on 4ME and NITV.
